MEET OUR FOUNDER
Dean Chalmers is the founder and creative mind behind Money Bee Media. With an original background as a professional musician working with record labels internationally, Dean transitioned seamlessly into social media marketing after building his personal brand to tens of thousands of followers and achieving millions of global plays.
Dean has a lifelong passion for supporting underdogs. Having previously worked in both social work services and the third sector, he carried this commitment into the digital space—helping small to medium-sized brands grow online and tell their stories in fresh, innovative ways.
Over the years, Dean has collaborated with a wide range of brands across sectors including Renewables, Trades and Services, Home Improvements, Gym and Fitness, and many more. He brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to every project. Known locally for creating a strong, trustworthy brand, Dean’s hands-on approach, clear vision, attention to detail, and ability to connect with people ensure that every collaboration with Money Bee Media feels personal, impactful, and results-driven.
When not working with clients, Dean enjoys spending time with his family, creating music, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and hosting his podcast The FWD Podcast, which shines a light on “underdogs.” No matter the project, Dean brings the same passion, energy, and big-picture vision, both for his own growth and for the brands he works with.
